Message	drilling for helicoils can break the boss if the drill bit decides to screw itself into the hole (happens most often when drilling by hand). Like Barry(TN) said, getting another unmolested plenum is probably the cheapest route. Be sure to use grease or oil on all threads to prevent stripping the holes in the future. There's nothing worse than inserting something into a hole without lube ;)
